An off-peak day return Worcester - Brighton is £53, which is cheaper
than travelling by car, though perhaps not if there are 4 people in the
car.
Doubtless you've already thought of the hassle of driving cross-country
and finding somewhere to park in Brighton, which wasn't easy even 40-odd
years ago when I lived there, and the fact that there's more to the cost
of driving than the petrol (wear on tyres, several hundred miles nearer
to needing a service ...).

I'd love to Patricia, I usually travel by train everywhere I can.
However, at £65, it's sadly a luxury I can not afford.

Why not go all the way by train? The venue is only a 10-minute walk
from Brighton station.

to car share with me? I live in Worcester, but could get the train to
