Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that Redditch Vegetarians & Vegans will have a stall at the Redditch Green Fair at St Stephens Church, in the town centre, this coming Saturday from 10.30am - 3pm. We will have 2 tables, 1 full of FREE vegan food samples for the general public to try and the second table full of leaflets, nutritional factsheets, veggie magazines and some cruelty free merchandise. On top of all that, RVV will be serving vegan, fairtrade refreshments, so it`s all hands on deck for this event!!

If you can offer a little time to help run the stall, serve refreshments or simply to chat to people about the many benefits of the veggie/vegan diets, your help would really be appreciated. Also, if you have a little time to prepare some simple vegan food samples to bring along, that would be great(please get in touch for more details). Alternatively, if you don`t want to cook, a pack or 2 of Redwoods sausages, cheese etc, or anything else you can think of, would come in handy! Sadly, one of our key helpers has had a big operation in hospital recently, and has only just gone home. She is still in great pain so will obviously be unable to attend which leaves us short handed to begin with!!

Photographer desperately required!! We need to find someone that can take photos of the food, the stalls, the crowds etc. If you can help with this, please get in touch and don`t forget your camera on the day!!

The fair will feature many other stalls offering organic produce, environmentally friendly products, fairtrade goods, waste reduction solutions and lots of useful information to help people lead a more sustainable, eco-friendly life. Alternative therapists will be offering FREE treatment and advice. And there will be a face painter and balloon modeller to keep your kids busy whilst you browse the stalls! FREE admittance.
