They had a couple but I guess only selective branches have them. I think
it's like most things in that you have to let them know there's a demand for
them. if not enough people order them they will stop selling them. I was at
Birmingham airport a month or so ago and found the two vegan ones they had
there - both houmous packed sandwiches. One was something like houmous and
grated carrots and the other was houmous and some other vegetables (water
cress, lettuce or something... I can't remember). I bought one as I'd never
actually gotten around to trying a houmous sandwich before (I'm a fussy
eater) and it was quite nice. A week or two later I had another flight and
went to the same Boots at the airport to buy another and there were no vegan
ones so I was disappointed. But when I got to Glasgow (the other end of my
flight) I went in the Boots there and they had some (only thing was, the
shop assistant was doing something and asked me if I could wait 10mins
before paying - and I didn't really want to - so I left it).
