I hear storys all the time about veggies/vegans being pasty and
unhealthy looking,usually the people that say this are the slobs that
spend most there life in the pub.
True,sitting around meditating and being a veggie/vegan isnt going to
make you fit.
But being a veggie/vegan does give you an advantage over meateaters
when training in a sport.
I find especially since turning Vegan from Veggie my energy has
increased,i have more stamina,and my recovery rate is alot better
when i do get tired.
I find when im sparring with the meateaters at my club they seem to
be gasing alot quicker than me.
Im currently joint first at the top of the British Savate Leaugue,and
hopefully by december if i maintain my position i will be British
Savate Champion.
Then hopefully i go to France and become European Champion.
Ide like to join the list of other Vegan Sports People and proove we
are the fittest.
My boxing Gloves are plastic and my Savate Boots are Plastic too.
