Hi Mike and others,
You're not the only one waiting for further info about the Stockholm
meeting.
Retina Finland has now guaranteed a minimum compensation (equalling the cost
of estimated accomodation and meals) for about 5-6 young participants. Of
course the aim should be to cover most of the costs by the EU youth
programme.
In addition to relatively low travel costs by boat, the event should
costwise be appealing to at least some younger members - hopefully.
In order to inform people there should be a bit more precise details about
the meeting. In other words, to be able to give a definite amount of
self-contribution per participant.
Is there a country quota for participants?
How about possible personal guides?
These questions are more regarding to the EU programme guidelines.
I am fully aware of the fact that planning takes time for the organisers but
the earlier the better...
Regards,
Pekka
