I would like to share the Gene matrix prepared by me based on Mendelian
Inheritance patterns. Accordingly

Male must be XY combination

Female must be either XX or YY combination

Combination of Caps letter indicate person without RP

Combination of Small letter indicate person with RP.

Combination of Caps letter and small letter indicate the carrier

Male without RP should take 1st and 2th column combination,

Female without RP should take either 1st row or 2rd row alone.

Similarly Male with RP should take combination of 3rd and 4th column

Female with RP should take either 3rd or 4th column alone.

Adopt the same concept for the carriers.

Abortion should be counted

From the above simple matrix we can conclude the followings

1. If either male and female are carrier then there kids wont be
affected but 50% chances of being carrier
2. If either one is affected and other unaffected then again there kids
wont be affected but 100% will be a carrier
3. If both of them are carrier then 50% being carrier and 25% chances
of being affected
4. If one is affected and other is a carrier then 50% chances of being
affected and 50% chances of being carrier.
5. If both of them are affected then 100% there kids will be affected.
6. You can also determine who is going to affected ie boy or girl or
both from the above matrix.



Hope the above explanation will help you to determine whether your kids
going to affect or not and also how the mutated gene came from your Parents.
