We from the Swedish REY group are very sorry to hear this. You have put a lot of
efford into this with hardly no response from the REY list. Why are people so
quiet? This is the second time this happen for you and we dont know what to
say...

Maybe we should rethink what we want with our group. The list is not very active
anymore and we in Sweden have big problems recruiting new young members. REY is
changing to Retina Middle Age. What should we do?

Hello everybody,
Today I should close the registration for the meeting. At this point I see
that there is very small will of attending. Swedish RP group would like to
send 2 persons. Nobody from Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Ireland,
GreatBritain, France, Germany, Belgium, Lithuania, Greece. I would wait two
weeks longer. Maybe situation would change. I hope that hotel won't cancel
our reservation. I have negative respond from two sponsor and none respond
from Novartis and 3 others. I've tried to contact few persons from outside
of the list. Nobody respond. If in two weeks time (14th march) I couldn't
find at least 10 persons - I shut down Zakopane2006 case and there will be
no meeting of REY this year. I don't think that I could have money for RIO.
