Yes, I am still on the list.
According to your problems in contact Polish RP Society - there is no society.
1,5 year ago our president - Malgorzata Pacholec went to cooperation with amd
society, against the will of all active members as Pawel or me. They changed a
name and now they are Retina AMD Polska. Unfortunately many RPies become retired
and now society is dealing almost always with AMDies. This was a reason that
many people quit the society. Another reason was that Mrs. Pacholec was a
director of Polish Blind Association and her decisions were not very good for
whole members. It was a war or something. I couldn't be observer of this so I
just gave up. Of course I am still a contact persons for many youngsters but I
am without support of society. Meanwhile I sterted my career and I am a proud
handicape employee of PR agency, fourth in Poland. I have also other position in
my clients company, so I am also a main marketing and Pr specialist in
international corporation. I decided to use this succes and become an ambasador
of employment handicupe persons and few cherity campaign in a corporation.
That is the reason of low activity in RP cases.
But I willing to join Helsinki Meeting. It's been a long time since we all met
and I miss everybody from REY. I am also willing to join this meeting as a
civil, not a member of Polish RP group. I never had a subsidisation of my
society so that is why I am asking about costs. If You would know anything in
this matter, please give me an information.

In addition to the information on the 15th RI Congress 2008 in Helsinki,
which Markus earlier forwarded to this list, I would like to tell you that
there will also be a Youth meetingat the same time in the beginning of July.

A very preliminary program is available at the Retina Finland homepages

I hope you can disseminate this information to all the retina youth in your
countries. Of course suggestions concerning the program contents and the
meeting itself are welcome.

I was also wondering if Mike from Poland is still following this list. If
so, please could you give some e-mail contact in the Polish Retina
Association in order for us to infor them about the upcoming congress.
Unfortunately looks like their old e-mail addresses are outdated.

Anyway you are all warmly welcome to Helsinki. It has been a while since
last real youth meeting so it shoud be fun to get together again.
