I foward this message from Markus due he has some problems with sending into
the list. It's a pitty that most of you won't be able to join Frankfurt and
it is also sad that I am so f*** busy to send emails and stay in permanent
contact with all of you. Well, I promise to do better.

Dear friends,
I just got an email from European community regarding our youth meeting this
summer in Frankfurt. It seems that we have a chance to get some funds.
You will be informed if I have more information.

The other fund I have applied (Youth for Europe) did not taken our project
into consideration (unfortunately).

Please let me know if you have already some answers / expierience with your
application for PHARE.

PS: At the moment I am very busy in my job. End of our fiscal year,
inventory, new software, new tasks and goals, etc.

Dear all,

Your request for a grant under A-3029 budgetary line has been accepted by
the Commission.

For these reason, I invite you to contact as soon as possible Ms Emanuela
Picco for further necessary budgetary information (or me just today and
tomorrow +32-2-2969695). Emanuela is the colleague who will take on my
duties of over the next two weeks of my leave starting from next Monday; she
can be reached on +32-2-2991205. Her e-mail address is
Emanuela.PICCO@... but it is preferable that you contact us by phone.

Meanwhile, all the new organisations or those organisations who never sent
it, are quickly invited to send us a special bank form duly signed both by
you and the bank. You can ask the form to Emanuela (or me) and receive it by
e-mail immediatly.

I will be back in the office as from 15 July. I ask you to send the
documentation to Emanuela no later than next 12 July.
