Dear Friends,
Meantime I am also back from Japan. (More details will follow by separate
email).

First I will confirm my previous email that the REY meeting as well as the
camp in Frankfurt is cancelled.
Reason was the less number of participants. Only Greece, Switzerland, Poland
and Germany signed for meeting, This means only 8 persons which effects:
- no funds from EU or any other institution
- no speakers for such small number
- no real discussions would be possible
- etc.
Participants would be totally disappointed if they invest time and money and
their expecations would not been fullfilled.

I hope you unterstand the reasons for cancellation. But maybe you can
imagine that it was not easy for me.
My co-workers and me put a lot of efforts in arranging this event.
Everything was according to our decsions last year in Poland, i.e. the date
after RI meeting in August, combination between meeting and camp, and more
RP related topics (research, etc.)

Anyway, I am scared that our youth group will step back after this
cancellation of REY meeting.
Make proposals for a new date or any other improvals.
