Thanks a lot both Yvonne and Markus, you are so lovely.
Yvonne, I hope I will at least have time to say hello to Berndt
Ehinger and as well to a wonderful fellow countryman of yours: Theo
van Veen (also a researcher in Berndts team).
I try to explain what I mean with "to hear how my
vision works from a medical point of view". For example I sometimes
see things that I bump in to before I bump into them, it is just like
my control of how distant things are doesn't work properly. I haven't
had the opportunity to ask any eye doctor if that is an RP-related
problem and if that kind of trouble is something that can get worse.
Another example are the "yellow worms" and "black dots" that
sometimes "swims" around in my vision what they really are, and why I
don't always see them. And what about my glaukom (not sure if I am
using the right name here, the unclear things in the lens) does that
yet have an impact on my vision field or accusity?
Hope this explanation was a little bit better.
It was a good point of yours that they propably will have to process
the test results.
Markus, it was interesting to here about your seminar "basis
knowledge for research". Is it possible to get som abstracts or
agenda from that meeting? Maybe we could do something similar in
Sweden.
Once again thanks for your support. Yvonne, say hello to your
daughters from me, I'm looking forward to see them in the Netherlands
and maybe in Paris before that. Markus, I hope the yankees are kind
to you and that you will come back to Europe until the next REY-
meeting.
