Please i have to know. Time pases and i have to make the arrangements, book the
flight, take a few days off from work e.t.c. Please help if we are going to

with help of Yvonne van der Wiel-Rompa (vice-president Retina Netherlands) we
are back in the discussion with Retina France regarding a youth meeting.
It did not look good but now I am a little bit more optimistic.

We are still looking for a cheap accommodation and a place to meet. The youth
will be allowed to participate on RE meeting as an observer.

In my opinion our youth meeting could look as follows:
on Wednesday meeting with delegates of Retina Europe (as observer)
on Thursday discussion of REY related topics (next meeting 2004 in the
Netherlands, etc.)
on the following days Friday - Sunday sightseeing, cultural activities, maybe
visit of Euro Disney)

This meeting will not be comparable to our previous youth meetings.
But we can have a youth meeting just having fun and not losing each other out of
sight.
Furthermore we can talk about RI meeting in the Netherlands next year.

About the costs I cannot say anything yet right now because we are waiting for
an offer for accommodation.
Fact is that we would not get any funds from European Community or other
organisations.

As I heard a meeting with French youngsters is improbable because the board of
Retina France does not know exactly if a youth group in France is really wanted
or makes sense. But I keep you informed if they will make a decision.
