Maybe it's a news for you but in Poland social is a low as zero.
Handicup get +/- 100$ per month. These are money for handicup of first group
(hard handicup). You can get it if you don't work. If you are workin you
dont get anything. If you were working at list one year and paid taxes, you
get n extra 50$ per mounth.
Try to live for that amount of money by yourself. Of cours our goverment
also have a money problems o they caught handicupe's fees. You have cheaper
trip in train and buses. Nothing in planes and taxi. 3 months ago one women
murded her two handicup children. After that she tried to kill herself.
Unhappy they rescue her. She did it becase she is alone and unemplyment and
she have no money for living. The journalist said that its awful crim
because govuerment gives mone for handicup children. Cha cha cha, try to
live with two handicup children for 80$ per month.
In your country handicup person is treated better than in Poland. You have
some chances to get a job and live like human. Here theres nothing - dark
hole. You live if you steal or have some conection or your parents want to
keep you in home. I have some expectations to EU. Maybe it gives us chance
to live as we want.

had to pay by myself for flying to Athens and for organization meeting in
Warsaw. Now I also have to pay all costs for meeting in Paris. Try to walk
in my shoes. Costs of accomodation in France is very big and I knew it. But
the French side should look for cheaper place or extra money from PHARE.
