Very interesting course. It is a pity the information comes this late. I
would like to forward it quickly to the visually impaired youth community
in our country. Markus, there was no forms as attachements. I remember, that

Dear Friends,
Here is info rmation which could be of interest to young disabled people.
It is the announcement of the Long-Term Training Course "Diversity and
Cohesion" , a training course based on projects for minority youth
participation and social cohesion at local level.
(Please note that youth with disabilities are expected and welcome to take
part in this course as minority representatives.)
The training course is organized by the Directorate of Youth and Sport of
the Council of Europe and will consist of 3 phases: initial training seminar
(14-27 March 2004, European Youth Centre Budapest), project phase (April
2004-January 2005, run in participants' countries and organizations), and
consolidation seminar (14-28 February, European Youth Centre Strasbourg)
where participants' projects will be evaluated and the course follow-up
will be prepared.
Please see all preliminary information and application form in the
attachment.
Note that the deadline for applications is January 15, 2004.
