I hope there will be at least a couple of young people coming from Finland
to Stockholm. In a way it is just in the neigbour.

The best way is to take a boat from Helsinki or Turku to Stockholm. The
prices are depending the different offers somewhere between 50 to 100 euros.

We are now in the middle of the planning for the Retina Youth
Meeting 2005, this is the busy part of finding fundings for the
project, and now we really need your help.

We need a contactperson from each contry, and I need a e-mail
address to that person so they can get the application form, which
need to be filled in before November the 1:st! This person don't
have to be a member of the national RP association board or
something like that, just a normal member will do perfectly fine.

This doesn't mean you have to participate in the meeting, it is just
to give us and they who sponsor us an indication of how many and
from where the participant will come. It is however very important
for us to get the form filled in before November the 1:st to be able
to apply for fundings!

We also need to know the aproximate cost of travel from your door to
Arlanda Airport in Stockholm. Without this we will not be able to
fill in the application and we will not get any fundings and there
will not be any REY 2005.

The date for RY2005 are set to tuesday morning 2:nd of August to
evening 8:th of August. The approximate cost will be around ?380
exclusive travelcost to and from Sweden. We hope to get ?400 from
one sponsor. We can't gurantee this amount, but we will have an
answer before the begining of December, if and how much money we can
get.

Please send me an e-mail address, and please send me information of
how much it cost to travel to Stockholm!
