There is a committee meeting tonight at 8pm at the Coach. If you would like to join us that would be great or if you want me to bring anything up for you I can do.

I know Shropshire Reds, Buckley Red, WST all have a team, Rob Wynne has two or three teams sorted, I have at least one possibly two and from speaking to others I imagine there are at least three other teams. I think we are looking at 10 teams at the very least. It will be in the back room at the Coach - it's not the biggest but I'm sure we will be fine squeezing everyone in.

We have a few decent raffle prizes already and hopefully we can find a few more at tonights meeting. What type of prize is normally given to the winning team in the quiz? I know you have done these before with supporters groups so you're the expert.

Would you like me to print anything i.e. answer sheets etc. Please shout if you need anything doing from your end.

I think we decided not to go with a short members meeting before the quiz beacuse they always overun - but maybe the organisers can meet early just so we are all organised etc.
