One of the comments on my comic #7586 noted that it was too similar to
3160. I looked up 3160 and found that it was indeed built on the same
basic joke. In fact, I even voted on it (and gave it a 7) a while
ago. I'd forgotten all about it by the time I wrote 7586, though. So
please forgive me, BagHead; I wasn't consciously trying to steal your gag.

Ironically, when I was writing 7586, I had Earl and the Puppet in
there for a while, until I decided that the joke just wouldn't work
with an adult character. But 3160 succeeded in making that work,
through the use of the HMO-based punchline.
