Okay, so "lazer guided maladies" was intentionally vague...but I never expected
people to
misinterpret it that much! The "drive-in" to which Earl refers is nothing more
than a
billboard alongside the highway. Thus, if he attempts to step out (perhaps to
get some
concessions), he'll be walking off of the shoulder and into oncoming traffic.
Har-dee-har-
har, etc. No, it's far from my best, but it could be worse.

However, I am very curious as to how several people read it as a joke about a
demoltion
derby. Was it just because the first comment made reference to that, thus
guiding the
subsequent comments and ratings? Because that idea never even occurred to me.
