ZANGERSHEIDE VERGROOT ZIJN HENGSTENAANBOD.

De jaarlijkse hengstenkeuring van Studbook Zangersheide staat deze
week (van 23 tot en met 25 september) op het programma, maar Stoeterij
Zangersheide heeft alvast vooraf enkel toppers op de kop kunnen tikken
voor het volgende seizoen.

Eerst en vooral is er FORTUNUS Z, geboren in 1993 en gekeurd in
Oldenburg in 1995. De schimmelhengst, die onlangs indruk maakte op de
Olympische Spelen met de Ierse amazone Marion Hugues, stamt af van
Foxhunter x Metellus x Anklang, verder gaat de moederlijn terug op de
Holsteinse stam 3200.

Ook UTRILLO VAN DE HEFFINCK Z verhuist naar Stoeterij Zangersheide. De
in 1997 geboren en in 2000 voor het BWP gekeurde zoon van Clinton uit
een Heartbreaker x Randel Z moeder presteerde uitstekend het voorbije
jaar met Ludo Philippaerts in het zadel. Vader Clinton behaalde zopas
met Dirk Demeersman een vijfde plaats individueel op de Olympische
Spelen in Athene.

Last but not least is er LEVISTO. Deze in 1997 geboren zoon van
Leandro x Carolus I x Calypso wordt voorlopig gepacht van
La Silla. De Holsteiner schimmel uit stam 4965 werd in 1999
Reservesieger op de Holsteinerkeuring. Zijn moeder is een volle zus
van Clinton van Thomas Voss en loopt zelf internationaal in de USA.
Ook Levisto deed het uitstekend in de competitie voor jonge paarden en
staat aan het begin van een veelbelovende carrière.

ZANGERSHEIDE ENLARGES STALLION OFFER.

This week Studbook Zangersheide is organising his annual Stallion
approvals
from 23 untill 25 september, but the Zangersheide Stud has been able to
find
already some high class stallions for the next season.

First of all we have FORTUNUS Z, born in 1993 en approved for the
Oldenburg
Studbook in 1995. The grey stallion, who made a strong impression at the
Olympics with the Irish rider Marion Hugues, is by Foxhunter x Metellus x
Anklang,
the mother line goes back to the Holstein lineage 3200.

Also UTRILLO VAN DE HEFFINCK Z moves to Zangersheide. The son of Clinton
out
of a Hearbreaker x Randel Z mare was born in 1997 and approved for the BWP
in 2000.
The grey stallion jumped at international level with Ludo Philippaerts and
is a son
of Clinton who was individually fifth with Dirk Demeersman at the Olympics
in Athens.

Last but no least we have LEVISTO. This son of Leandro x Carolus I x
Calypso,
born in 1997, is rented for the time being from La Silla. The grey
Holsteiner is out
of lineage 4965 and was Reserve champion at the Holsteiner approvals in
1999.
His mother is the full sister of the stallion performer Clinton of Thomas
Voss and
jumps herself at international level in the USA. Levisto performed very
well
in the
competitions of young horses and stands at the start of a promissing
carreer.
