Jai Sai Ram

                  Every day is Baba¢s day for us. Baba shows HIS presence in many ways in the house every day, what to say of Thursday. But we can not invite public participation all days, so it is restricted to only Thursdays for the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Prayan of Sai Satcharitra.  Our family friends do visit us on others days too.

                  On Sunday the 4^th Jan, at about 6:30 PM   There was a big sound of falling things. We both asked each other, as to what happened and found  that a photo of Baba on the inside wall of our mandir had fallen on the stool and it was on the stool. We were very much surprised, as the stool was completely broken and the photo was intact and how could the photo fall, which was firmly there on the wall. We were also afraid, as we know that  Baba takes the bad omen on HIMSELF. This type of things have happened earlier also, when Baba took the ill health of our family members on HIMSELF .   After about 10 to 15 minutes, we had a talk with our son at Hyderabad. He told that his day was very bad. First his car broke down in the busy street and had to face much difficulty then in the evening about the same time ie 6:30 PM he was taking the cycle of his daughter out for her, and fell on the cycle itself,  Handle of Cycle broke and he got hurt.  He Thanked Baba, that only this much has happened and it could have been much worse. Thus Baba took his fall on HIMSELF. I append the photo of the stool and the photo of Baba, which fell on the stool.

                    Monday 5^th Jan,  it was Guru Govind Singh JI,s Birthday,  Udi was oozing from the photos on the walls. RAM, SHAM and OM was formed on one photo outside the mandir room, but in the mandir room on one photo ONKAR was  formed. I am appending this photo also.

                   Mr VK Bassi was also here this Thursday. Mrs. Gupta gave some amount  for the blinds to him. Mr. Ravinder Thota, who has come from Canada, and Mr Prasad Avss  who came from Banglore also gave  the hefty amount for the Ann Dan, besides many devotees also contributed. It was a chance that today Mrs. Gupta read the chapter 14  of  Sai Satcharitra, which mentions about Dakshina, which Baba used to collect and disperse it. It is all HIS leela.

                I have already circulated the letters of the devotees for the prayers on 8^th Jan 2009, Mrs. Gupta ( Sai Maa as the devotees call her) prayed for all of them during the Pooja and the recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani and when the feeling of presence of Baba was very strong.

This Thursday the  8^th  Jan 2009,  we enjoyed the following Leelas of Baba (of Shirdi).

1.          As usual Udi started  oozing from Sunday from the  two photos on the wall  and Hindi words `RAM'  `SHAM'  `OM'  were formed with Udi on one photos. From Photo in the mandir also Udi started oozing from Monday and also forming the words  `RAM'  `SHAM' and  `OM' on it. An ONKAR was formed on one photo. Udi started oozing from the statue from Wednesday, giving the clear indication that Baba is not going to bless with Honey this Thursday.

2.          Holy Water  started oozing from the Charans from  Thursday morning, a thali was place below the charans on Wednesday night.  This Thali was also emptied several times and it was getting filled up again. The taste of water was similar to gulab jal and kewara mix. This water was also given to the devotees and again the Thali was filled with water. 

3.          Lap of Mrs. Gupta was filled with lots of Udi during the prayers. Udi was in the folds of the falls of the Sari. Devotees saw the Udi flying and it fell on many devotees.

4.          Many  devotees had Udi  in their hands, laps or clothes during the recitation of  Sri Sai Amrit Vani. 

5.          On Thursday as soon as Bhog was offered, it was duly accepted by Baba. We noticed that the Bhog , which was placed before HIM was partially eaten. Parts of the remains in the box were given to the devotees who offered that item of bhog to Baba. Some figures were formed on the remains of Bhog. Ganesha was formed on Kakakand. Photo attached.

6.          The feeling of Presence of Baba was very strong during the recitation of Sai Amrit Vani, Pooja and Prayer.

7.          All the  boxes of Bhog,   which were kept on the table were blessed with Udi.

8.          Wedding Cards,  photos, papers  and documents,  Sai Satcharitra etc which were placed before Baba and same were blessed.

                  Sri Sai Amrit Vani started at 11:05 AM.  Noon Aartee, the same Aartee which is being recited in Shirdi, started at 12:00 Hrs. followed by brief Meditation and the prayer,  Prayan of  chapter  14 of Sai Satcharitra was done. Mrs. Gupta offered prayers and thanks to Baba. Finally distribution of Prasad and the water from the Charans.  As usual some devotees talked about their experiences afterwards.

                   Jal and  Udi  were  distributed after the distribution of the bhog.

   We are going to Hyderabad on 30^th Jan and will return back to Delhi. During this period Group recitation of Sri Sai Amrit Vani will be held at Hyderabad instead of Sidhartha Extension. This year it will be our 40^th Wedding Anniversary on 24^th Feb, so we may go to Shirdi that week from Hyderabad.

                    Next Sri Sai Amrit Vani and Prayan of Sri Sai Satcharitra on  15^th  Jan 2009 will again  be held at Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi. Devotees interested in attending it in person may contact on phone nos. 26346942, 9868966605 or 9312494767 only after 11 AM and before 8 PM (IST) on any  day except Thursdays and  no calls on Thursdays   P L E A S E . They should NOT bring any bhog with them and be in time. Kids are also not allowed in the hall. Mobiles have to be put on silent mode during the Pooja. Please also bring a small bottle with broad neck for the holy water. (If devotees who join us in absentia, find it difficult to recite from 11 AM, they can do it, at any time, as convenient to them.)
