Hi Dave. I get blocks of natural unrefined palm sugar from. M. Ashraf, 170 Carr Road, Nelson, Lancashire, U.K. Tel: 01282 601726. I cut a small section out of the cellophane covering, place it over one of the holes (Porter escape) in the crown board and leave the bees to excavate.
