The other application someone suggested is www.nimbuzz.com which is similar to Talkonautâ„¢.

I did a test on my phone and application looks very fancy as compared to Talkonaut. It has skype link also which is an advantage. One drawback I found was if someone calls you then it is more likely to go to your voicemail in first two attempts. Then the caller get connected to you.

The web widget is a bit of a fancy. It works well ie. you will get messages on your phone. But who wants to be bothered all the time by visitors on the internet.
