For your information; as I am returning to science teaching in June, the
following vacancy has arisen:
Young People's Programme Manager at the BA
Salary circa £30,000 per annum, plus benefits (dependant on skills and
experience)
The BA is looking for someone to lead the young people's programme. You
will have extensive experience of managing science communication activities
and initiatives for young people outside the classroom environment
(including content development, budgeting, logistics and delivery) as well
as a thorough understanding of the school system and science education. You
will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience of
working on numerous demanding tasks in parallel and previous line management
experience.
Reporting to the Director of Science Communication, the post is based in
London and offered on a full time permanent basis. Please find further
