The Gloucestershire Project
The Gloucestershire Project is the first project by the The Natural
Step in the UK to apply TNS Framework across a community. It builds
on community-centred case studies in Sweden and draws on expertise
from other TNS programmes including business applications,
organisational development and consensus building techniques. The
focus is on waste management.
Objective: To promote a genuine commitment and practical application
of sustainable waste management in Gloucestershire.
The Gloucestershire Project began in October 1998. It has been
funded by the Gloucestershire Environmental Trust with over £100,000
of landfill tax credits donated by Cory Environmental
(Gloucestershire) Ltd.
About the Gloucestershire Project?
The Gloucestershire Project works with organisations in the county
to develop an understanding of waste through The Natural Step
Framework. This develops a science based understanding that relates
waste to its systematic causes within and between the handlers of
resources in the county, rather than reacting to the environmental
effects

be happening for schools and ......yummy yummy yummy.......
Their past newsletters titled Stepping Stones give a lot of
