Colleagues may be interested in knowing about some 'new' e-mail lists
- well, new at least in the sense of having only recently come to my
attention.
These are run by Peter Robinson who is in the Department of
Biological Sciences at University of Central Lancashire. One is for
biology teachers, and details can be found at:
http://www.biology4all.com/biotutor.shtml
The other is for science technicians, and has details at:
http://www.biology4all.com/scitech.shtml
Also, just in case anyone is not aware, there is the list for
chemistry teachers run by Keith Wilkinson (The CHEMISTS' NET) which
may be found at
<http://www.egroups.co.uk/join/Chemistry-Teachers>http://www.egroups.co.uk/join/\
Chemistry-Teachers
(which is where I heard about the biology list);
and there is one for physics teachers, run by the IoP, to be found at:
<http://networks.iop.org/archives/capt.html>http://networks.iop.org/archives/cap\
t.html
as well as a list on the philosophy of chemistry run by Eric Scerri,
who has a page at:
