When I stared to open my mouth on this issue I knew

by many teachers. I don't mind that - my conscience
pricks me when I meet pupils who suffer educationally

through.

Certainly it can't get through teachers who say:
I have done that for 15 years. So why shouldn't I
continue to do so?
