Now on that discussion we had later on re the charity stuff. How about we “donate” every extra Monday (e.g. when a month has 5 Mondays which happens around
3-4 times per year) to knit/crochet etc for a charitable purpose. Baby blankets have been mentioned, but we can also do “chicklets on demand” in the pub for the Trinity Hospice, or poppies, or smoothies hats, or anything else really. In this case it would
be the 23rd, and I would vote for “chicklets on demand” as we are so close to Easter?

Subject: [se1snb] Last night's knitting action
Whilst Young Hoe was at Cheltenham, we had an almost finished baby cardigan, a little boy's sweater in black and red, a couple of squares starting to make a blanket, the top of a girls' dress, another Noro scarf, the start of
a crochet shawl-cardi type thing and an up-side down knit chunky cardi with pretty hand made stitch markers.
And chicklets in abundance at the Britannia (not made by us but made by loads of volunteers in aid of the Trinity Hospice). A bargain at £1.00 each with a cadbury's egg! And don't forget it will make you feel all virtuous since the money is for a local charity
(Thanks to Tattie for the resume)
The next one will be Monday 30 March ...
