For once, we have broken one of our own rules and we
name names. Today a child was excluded from school for
an alleged "unprovoked attack" on an LSA. The person
in question is not normally prone to exagerate and we
have no reason to doubt her. However, is it more than
coincidence that this child is normally excluded
towards the end of a term for the slightest reason?
Is it also a coincidence that the child is due to go
to Chessington with the school? The list goes on and
on.
So with the consent of the parents, we are naming the
school which is Redbridge Community School. Remember
the name and if you ever have to move to Southampton
with an As child, DO NOT send him/her to that school.
They are hopeless at this type of special need.
To read their blurb, they are a school of excellence,
and mentioned by OFSTED. What they don't tell people
is that their attitude to SEN is rubbish.
