Welcome to ''Sentry Circle'' and thank you for looking.
We are building a new stone circle here on my farm, it is a magical and tranquill place. It is in deed a sacred place with the beautifull energies building day by day.
The farm is situated near Northallerton in North Yorkshire. We have a vision of creating a sacred space and a sense of community for all who come here in friendship and peace.
The initial project is the building of a stone circle as a spiritual focal point on the farm for those who prefer to pursue their own personal spiritual development.
Love and Respect for Mother Earth is a common denominator amongst the group that is gradually beginning to form.We welcome people from all paths and beliefs as long as they come with tolerance for other people's views. Our aim is to form a community of people who care deeply for the environment and who would like to become involved in creating a sacred place for this and future generations.
We have a number of schemes in the pipeline including the building of a turf Labyrinth,a Sweat Logde and a communal Roundhouse as well as a Sculpture Park. The establishing of new woodland and other conservation projects are planned. This spring we planted over 150 native trees donated by ''The Sacred Brigantian Trust'' and ''The Druid Network''.
Sculpture spaces are available subject to their affinity to the whole project.
We welcome and encourage creative workshops on beliefs, art, crafts, healing, spiritual matters and country crafts particular conservation/enviromental themed workshops. Our next major project as well as raising the stones is building the Turf Labyrinth.
We hold camps at regular intervals to raise the stones and enjoy one anothers company with the odd work camp thrown in. There is a camping charge to cover costs with any excess going towards buying the rest of the stones though ''Friends of Sentry Circle''.

Ron Not a critism, as such, but a reminder. The Longhouse looks new as they are still building it, but even that look very 'earthy' and 'natural' compared with
Planning permission definately needed for a long house but should not need for smaller dwellings which would go down as farm buildings sheds etc. B.B. Ron
Thanks a lot the photos will be a big help. It is as I suspected however, they had a lot of money to spend and the buildings look new, unused and modern. For
