Sent this last week and it has thus far not appeared so here it is
again! :)

We recently had a meeting and discussed/decided the following:

As a main winter project it was decided that the barn and, with
Derek's blessing, the farm need to be tidied up over the winter.

In order to assist with this we ask that if you have something you
think might be of communal use at the farm please do not just turn
up with and dump items. Please be so kind as to ask Derek first.

It was also decided that we need to build in some more sleeping
compartments in the barn; there is already an ongoing project
supervised by Ron to fence in the Sweat Lodge site to protect it
from the attentions of the sheep. Steps to the loos are also in
hand.

Steve is going to assess the situation of the tree circle at the top
of the hill and will decide about the practicalities of fencing the
trees in. There was also some discussion about the creation of a
quiet space somewhere a bit more accesible.

Dates for camps 2008.

It is not possible to organise all Sentry Camps so they do not clash
with camps at Lime Tree.

The dates are as follows:

March 21st to 24th (Friday to Monday) Easter Camp

There will be a stone raising taking place on the Sunday. The Beech
Stone.

The Sweat Lodge is being rebuilt and used on Good Friday and Easter
Saturday. Places are fully booked for this event. There are other
opportunities to take part in Sweat Lodges later in the year.
Anyone who would like to please let me know.
_____________________

May 2nd to 5th (Friday to Monday) Beltane Camp

There will be a stone raised on the Saturday and the Sunday with a
dedication of the Blackthorn Stones on the Sunday after the second
stone goes up.

There will be a seperate ceremony on the Monday morning to dedicate
the whole circle.
________________________

June 20th to 22nd (Friday to Sunday)
Midsummer Camp

No more stones to raise! Thought we'd have a barbeque, well a spit
roast. There will be vegetarian options, suggestions for something
to roast gratefully received.
___________________________

July 25th to 28th (Friday to Monday)

Oakleaf Camp
______________________________

August 22nd to 25th (Friday to Monday)

August Bank Holiday Camp
Well it's a bank holiday and it's the 25th so we thought we'd havea
Christmas theme. Anything Christmassy with it's origins In
paganism. Well that's most of it then!
____________________________

September 19th to 21st (Friday to Monday)
Autumn Equinox Camp

We thought that as we all(most of us) benifit from the fun of
Oakleaf that it would be fun to attend Limetree for this weekend.
Those that wish can offer help for any projects.

October 24th to 26th (Friday to Monday)
Samhain Camp

Some sort of a ritual on the Saturday
__________________________
And finally...........

Please would everyone clear up after themselves and leave the barn
as they would like to find it. It saddens me to have to add this
note. Those of you to whom this does not need to be said please
don't take offence!

Any thoughts complaints or suggestions please do share.

Love to all

Kathryn :)
