Hi Jane, could you as a matter of urgency please put a notice in ALL NEWSLETTERS that unless more volunteers come forward by the March 2006 AGM we could find that the group may have to fold. We have a shortage of willing committee members who can take over important posts should the need arise. RIchard has served continuously for five years as Treasurer and as such the constitution forbids him from standing for this coming fiscal year. All other posts are clear of this trap this year but it could be that other committee members are finding the burden to much to bear and we have a duty to ensure that other members are on hand to take up the reins as it were. The constitution calls for a minimum of four committee members at any one meeting to form a quorum, otherwise the meeting is not Constitutional and no changes or decisions can be implemented.
