Hello All
We've just returned from a night in the Peak District and have stayed in a B&B
we can thoroughly recommend.
Orleans B&B is in Chinley, High Peak and, while it isn't exclusively
veggie/vegan, the proprietor, Liz, is vegan. She is also very hospitable and we
had a lovely time and the breakfast, which included miniture wild strawberries
she'd picked fresh from her garden, was lovely!!. What's more our double room &
b'fast only cost £35 for a night!!! It is easily accessible by car and is only
a minute or two from Chinley station. There are a number of walks from the B&B
itself, or you can drive for five minutes (or walk for a few more) to Edale, the
start of the Pennine Way and the base point for Kinder Scout.
If you're heading that way, give them a go! The website is:

PS: No dogs, sadly, but then they do have a couple of lovely cats!
