human being. Neither at home nor at school have we learned how to handle
negative emotions. Breathing techniques, meditation and yoga have helped
many around the world and empowered them with unconditional joy. These
powerful tools can help YOU too. The 2.5 hour Sundar Prana Yoga Workshop
(Sundar means beautiful and Prana means life force or life energy). The
workhops help to make you beautiful from within. If you are relaxed and
happy it means you are beautiful from within – The Beauty Within.

Times: 7:00pm to 9:30pm (arrive at 6:45pm)

Road, Hall Green, Birmingham. B28 9AD.
Cost: £4
Bring a Yoga Mat, Come on an empty Stomach, Bring a bottle of water, Wear
loose comfortable clothing. Please check with your doctor before taking up
any form of exercise.
