Britain’s Best Dish is a national cookery competition for amateurs; if you can cook an original, mouth-watering STARTER, MAIN COURSE or PUDDING then this is the show for you.

We are hosting an event at The REP Conference and Banqueting Centre this Saturday 12^th May from 9.00am – 6.00pm which is to try and find original, delicious dishes, preferably with local ingredients. I am contacting you because I have realised that we have little or no vegetarian or vegan dishes and we would really like to include some.

You would need to make a short presentation of your dish, with ingredients and method and it doesn’t matter if you haven’t actually made or taken with you the dish as long as you know all about it.  Top dishes from this event would go through to a regional cook off culminating with a grand final similar to Master Chef.
