Hello all
Thank you to everyone who has responded to the email below. So far there should be about 8 people going to the party. We could really do with about 15 people going to make it viable as we have to pay for the hire of the room.
If you want to go to the party, please let me know by 6pm on Wednesday 5th December. Also can you tell me what you plan to bring to the party. If you can't go to the party can you also let me know.
After 6pm on Wednesday night, we will review whether or not to cancel the room and let you know
what has been decided. If we do decide to cancel we may hold a small event at a members house but this isn't certain.
The Christmas Party has always been a fantastic event in the past. It would be a shame if it did not go ahead as planned due to a low turn out. You can make a difference by coming along. Why not bring a friend. All we ask is that all food and drink consumed at the party is vegan!!!

at Coalbrookdale Community Centre, Wellington Road, Coalbrookdale, Telford
Any help with setting up the party between 7pm to 7.30pm on the night itself much appreciated
There will be a raffle to help cover the costs of the evening. As in previous years there will be a hamper as the main prize and other prizes. Raffle prize donations will be gratefully received.
We are asking everyone to bring along some food for the evening. If anyone wants alcoholic drinks they are asked to bring their own. Soft drinks will be provided.
For those that don't know about our biggest event of the year, we have decided that everything must be vegan so is available for everyone to enjoy.
If we use the medium of the e-mail group to say what we are bringing, it will allow us to avoid duplication.

As usual, it is important to let us know a.s.a.p. if
you are coming so that we have a good idea about how many people will require food and drink. This will help to make the event more of a success.
