no, Four Crosses is a village, just over the border in Wales, on the A483
between Llanymynech and Welshpool,

Ann is organising a meeting there at the Golden Lion pub on April 9.

there does seem to be some odd obsession with all these crosses - we have
another village called Cross Houses, pubs called the Cross Keys and Cross
Guns - two called the Four Crosses (the one in Bicton that Gail mentioned
and the other in Four Crosses itself) - and probably more. Someone suggested
it might be to do with border crossings....
