This group is dedicated to the music of Frank Sinatra, his peers - singers of the standard of Nat 'King'Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee - and the musicians with whom they collaborated - Nelson Riddle, Billy May, the bands of Count Basie, Duke Ellington et al.

The discussion extends from the crucible of the Swing Era in which Sinatra's art was forged to the great stadium concerts in the September of his years.

We welcome contributions, too, from discographers and experts in high fidelity in regard to tracking down the collected recordings of these artists and obtaining the best pressings of their work.
