Now that we have all recovered from the excesses of Freshers Fortnight
we should probably sort out the club a little bit.
Please read this and if there is something you need to do, then reply
to me so that i know, that you know, that you have to do something.

The e-mail is long but i doubt that will prove a barrier to all you
academics

First Aid Courses:

These start on Sunday 28th October and run every sunday up to
Christmas, the problem lies in the fact that we have tournaments every
weekend but we need first aiders so i need some of you that are
willing to miss out on the sunday of the beginners tournament or
regionals or mixed etc to do the courses, if none of you can we will
have to ask some other 2nd years or 3rd years.

Tell the secretary if you are willing to do a course and on which
sunday you can.

Club Safety Officer:

Do any of you want to be club safety officer it entails attending a
risk assessment meeting on Thurs 25/10 at 3pm in the Committee room
about how to fill in the new look on-line club risk assessment form
If not then i will do it.

Secretary:

You need to check that everyone who is currently a member of the club
i.e. 2nd years and above,are on the list at the following address

Hopefully there should not be anyone who isn't on it

If there is tell me and tiger

Liaise with the captain about Cantell trainings

Talk to Anna and Becky and get them Minibus tests sorted (THIS IS VERY
IMPORTANT)

Treasurer:
Keep doing what you are doing with regards to sorting out new members
but can you get e-mail addresses when new people sign up.

Everyone who is on the list at the above address also needs to go on
the membership form but tick the end column (Current Student Member)

Captain:
Sort out transport to regionals

Ladies Captain:
Could you fire off a quick e-mail to the regionals guy to make sure
that he has received the cheques that i sent.

Webmaster:
Can you sort it out so that the committee have one yahoo group e-mail
address and then invite everyone else in the club so that the group is
the entire club and we can start communicating, it is up to you how
best to do this.

We need a generic @soton.ac.uk e-mail address for the Risk Assessment
can you sort this out put me and you as the 2 contacts

just go to the AU office to get a signature

That is all the stuff that needs to be done urgently
