Hi Ladies,
Just a reminder that the next women's training session is a week today! Monday 9th Feb from 8.45-10.30pm at the SSC (Later than the time in the diary!).
Please sign up asap in the diary so I have an idea of numbers (there aren't many of us so far...). As I said before, there aren't many of these sessions so if you want to play tour with Release, play at Paga or have a desire to improve then you should really be coming to these sessions. We will be working on specific skills that are important to learn this season, and with more of us we can ensure good competition for all!
So please sign in or out of the diary or email me to let me know if you are coming...student captains please can you coordinate for me and give me an idea of numbers, remember these sessions are open to all!
