Euskadi Irratia recently appeared on 1386 kHz, and last night I also noted them
on 1476 kHz, in parallel to 1386. The 1476 outlet appears to be San Sebastian,
according to my fellow DXer Bjarne Mjelde. So two open frequencies again
"blocked"... I wonder who tipped them off, and how the licensing in Spain worked
in this case. 1386 is a move from 1071, while 1476 may be a brand new frq with
no ex-....?
