Hi Elizabeth
My husband had CTS and had an operation, but I was reading since that you
can overcome it without resorting to surgery. Amazon has a couple of books:
End Your Carpal Tunnel Pain Without Surgery: A Daily Program to Prevent and
Treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
by Kate Montgomery
and
Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome : And Other Repetitive Strain Injuries
by Sharon J. Butler,
Perhaps I should have told you before Christmas, so you could have put it on
your list!
If you decide to buy a book, you could check out prices on
www.bookbrain.co.uk
If you ever need a willing worker - let me know!!!
Take care,
Karen

My hands as they used to be, minus carpal tunnel syndrome :-(
Xmas pres: massive rotivator complete with replacement husband (one who
would actually ENJOY using/repairing it)! To be fair he is giving me
the xmas present I asked for, fencing off my orchard so my neighbour's
sheep won't ruin it (but has been strangely quiet on the enlarging the
duck pens issue).
Happy Xmas
Elizabeth
