That's the Scouse in me I'm afraid Karen! We do tend to talk funny to
Strangers...Lol
The Josterberries should be available local to you, if you know of a
fruit grower somewhere in your area they might well have some sitting
quietly in the background waiting to bite your legs off! They tend to
keep them quiet, but if you ask for them specifically you should find
you can get a reasonable price on them.
I'm paying around £2 a bush (when I buy them), that's for all my
fruit (currant) bushes. I get them for as low as £1.50 each if I buy
in
lots of say 50. Don't know why, but the only fuit I can't seem to
grow here is Rhubarb! Maybe I'm too close to the sea? Been planting
it for the past 15yrs from the fields to the buckets with no success
at all!
"A Million Miles Away?" yes I suppose I am really! I'm located in
South East Ireland in a place known by outsiders as "more of a
thought than a place"! Makes it interesting for couriers trying to
find me though.
I'm always on the look-out for fertile Hen/Banty eggs, on the
Oswestry to Fishguard Route Via Machynllyth especially close to
Fishguard area, can anyone help.
I'll meet them at the boat if they like, I'll make a day trip over if
they can help me?
cheers
John.
