It's not a real email it's just spam, who ever sent it
just wants you to click the link on the email which I
wouldn't do as it could well download a computer bug,
if it's not I would guess it's just trying to sale you
something.
I've had a few of these emails in the last week from
different yahoo groups I belong to, ALL of them have
said the same thing and had the same link. I would
just delete any emails you get like this.
