South Wales Animal Rescue is looking for a short term loan to purchase
some land none of our volenteers have enough equity to secure the loan
until the land belongs to the rescue.

We have made enquiries and once the rescue owns the land and
refurbishes the building on it as our HQ they will then be able to
secure a £60,000 loan payable over 10/20 yrs depending on the amount
we
can pay back each month.

If there is someone willing to put up security or has possibly got 60
k
they don't need for 6-12 months please e-mail us.

At the moment the rescue is struggling to survive on 1/2 doz gardens
as
we lost our rented land a few years back, as a result we are not able
to help the amount of animals we are requested too, withthe space and
the extra volenteers a HQ generates we would be able to achive a far
better success rate.
