sorry, but that was spoken by someone who has, I think, not tried as we have
to obtain a county council farm. most councils are selling them off to
townie blow ins now. Buy a farm? On a rural income? Don't be silly!
Good advice for stockbrokers, not so good for people who actually know what
they're doing. Mind you, as we couldn't afford to buy land anyway, we'll
continue to rent, and be thankful for the Crown Estate. For now.
