Hi Mark



Unfortunately I have to balance these boxes with the needs of my children
and they have stipulated they don’t want to be isolated, which is fair
enough.



I shall plod on and keep looking, much to the consternation of my family!!!!

Everyone has their own agenda, aspirations and (frankly) price tag! However,
for me, the critical aspects of living in the country are peace and quiet
combined with clean fresh air and a lack of light pollution.

Clearly, a property like this would not tick those boxes!

Keep looking if I were you!

Brochure say £325k though and there look like there is tide mark
about 1.5 feet up the garage door (could be the light though).
