reduced price of £285,000. It has quite large living accommodation,
two bedrooms and bathroom, and a converted garage, which has more
living accommodation, plus a double bedroom.
The property is set in one acre of grounds, with two loose boxes and
a tack room, and just across the road is a further 4.4 acres of
land, sloping gently to a small river.
(I'd buy it myself, if I had the money)
