Hi, I've just joined this group and wondered if anyone fancied getting
some flying on the go at some point soon? I've flown powerkites on
beaches before, and had setting up, launching, flying and landing
tuition, and done some body dragging (in water), but as of yet no
actual kitesurfing. I'm based in Boscombe, so ideally would like to do
some flying (fairly chilled) at Hengistbury head (apparently where
there's a dedicated place for it), though can travel to Poole or
elsewhere obviously if it's cool conditions. I've got a Wipika Free
Air 8.5m but realise that I'd need to go bigger to get on the water.
Even so, would be good to build up experience with it and other kites.
What kites/experience do poeple have and would anyone be interested in
a kiting-session? Or if you know of any going on post it up!
