This Wednesday 11th December, is the last class for this year. We
will start training again the third Wednesday of the New Year, this
will also be a massive "Beginners Course" start, always is the first
one of the year !
Anyone wishing to get together and
"Blow out the cobwebs"
I plan on arranging a few cardio, pad and sparring sessions during
the Christmas break to be involved in these I will need your contact
details, as I book a venue I will post a message here with date, time
and venue. (Spectrum or Baden Hall, Farncombe)
I hope that you all have a jolly fun Crimbo, try to stretch a bit now
and then between getting drunk and eating too much. WE start training
for the Spectrum "open invitation" assaut competition - which will be
March sometime !
