Bachman Class 20 sound Locos - Select   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #244 of 983 |
I am considering buying a sprog11 - the question i have is whether
it would enable me to programme the sound chip in the class 20 -
things like the volume of the sound.

I have the Hornby select (- a suprise Christmas present ! - having
treated myself to the Sound class 20 i have discovered that the
select is one of those that is unable to use function 5-8) I intend
to upgrade so will live with it for now and then get it sorted.

However i like the look of the Sprog and the idea of being able to
program chips away from the layout and not have to have a program
track on the layout appeals
.

But being new to Dcc was wondering if the Sprog11 would do such
obvious tasks as the volume as well as the setting of cvs

Thanks in advance.
